Clan War Season 2: Custom Clan Mark Submission Guidelines Congratulations to the Top 10 Clans of Clan War Season 2! As part of your tier rewards, your clan is entitled to feature a Custom Clan Mark in-game. Please review and follow the technical specifications, design restrictions, and submission instructions outlined below. Technical Specifications All submitted artwork must strictly comply with the following file parameters to ensure compatibility with the game client: Dimensions: Exactly 128 x 128 pixels. File Format: Truevision TGA ( .tga ) format. Color Depth: 32-bit (supporting Alpha channel / transparency where applicable). Attachment Naming: ClanMark_[YourClanName].tga Design Restrictions & Content Policies To maintain a fair, competitive, and inclusive environment, any clan mark containing prohibited imagery will be rejected: No Explicit, NSFW, or Adult Content Absolutely no nudity, semi-nudity, sexual content, or suggestive imagery. No sexually explicit themes, symbols, or text. No Hate Speech, Harassment, or Toxicity No symbols, slurs, or imagery promoting racism, discrimination, hate groups, or targeted harassment against individuals, other clans, or communities. No political symbols, hate-adjacent iconography, or real-world extremist flags. No Violence, Gore, or Disturbing Imagery No excessive gore, mutilated body parts, real-world terrorist imagery, or graphic violence that exceeds the standard age rating of the game. Intellectual Property & Trademarks Clan marks must not infringe on copyrighted material, registered trademarks, or official game UI elements (e.g., mimicking official GM/Admin logos, system warning icons, or rank insignias to deceive other players). Clarity and Visibility Keep in mind that clan marks are scaled down in various UI elements. Avoid overly dense micro-details or text that becomes entirely illegible at a glance. Submission Process & Deadline Policy Prepare Your File: Ensure your graphic designer exports the final asset in the exact 128x128 TGA format with proper transparency. Send via Email: The designated Clan Master must send the .tga file as an attachment to support@mygame.com.ph before the announced deadline. Email Formatting: Use the strict subject line format below to ensure your submission is logged correctly: Subject: [CWS2] Custom Clan Mark | Example: [CWS2] Custom Clan Mark | SpecialPores Failure to Submit: Failure to submit a compliant custom clan mark before September 4, 2026 will result in forfeiture of the custom design slot, and a preset default clan mark provided by Dragonfly will be automatically assigned to your clan. Verification Window: Submissions will undergo a compliance review by the operations team. Clans with non-compliant submissions will be given a limited grace period to provide a revised design.
